We affirm our commitment to our customers, our shareholders, our community, and our employees by establishing a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance standard. We shall continually review and improve the system for its suitability and effectiveness and empower our employees at all levels to participate and integrate quality into all aspects of their work.

We will design and adopt processes, procedures and technologies that guarantee quality in our products and services and ensure that all employees understand their responsibility for quality through individual objectives.

We realize that the quality of our goods and services depends heavily on the input into our processes. To this end, we will deal with a supplier base that provides us with quality goods and services, critical to our success.

We will learn from our customers, environment, industry and experiences to enhance our systems and adapt to the ever-changing business environment.

We will from time to time measure our performance and customer satisfaction against appropriate quality objectives and/or targets and appropriately address any shortfalls.

We consider the safety of our employees, customers, suppliers, and community as an integral part of our responsibility and will to this end integrate it in all aspects of our work by using technologies, procedures and processes that promote and enhance it.
